Atuar como consultor sênior especializado em SAP SuccessFactors como parte de um projeto completo de transformação digital baseado em SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Localização: São Paulo (Região do Morumbi)

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar módulos SAP SuccessFactors , tais como Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, entre outros.
  • Conduzir workshops com áreas de RH para levantamento de requisitos e desenho de processos de gestão de talentos alinhados ao negócio.
  • Atuar na integração entre SuccessFactors e outros módulos SAP .
  • Garantir conformidade legal e boas práticas de RH no contexto brasileiro.
  • Apoiar testes, capacitação de usuários-chave, gestão da mudança e atividades de go-live.
  • Realizar validação de dados mestres e suporte ao mapeamento de dados para migração.
  • Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em projetos de implementação de SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experiência com implementação de módulos core (Employee Central) .
  • Conhecimento prático na integração de SuccessFactors com SAP S/4HANA .
  • Capacidade de tradução de necessidades de RH em soluções SAP configuráveis.
  • Fluência em português, inglês e outros idiomas serão um diferencial.
