Unlock Your Creative Potential as a Graphic Designer We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who excels at merging data and artistry. As a high-growth performance marketing agency, we require someone with exceptional taste and a deep understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-impact ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and GIFs for paid social platforms. Conduct ongoing research on competitor ads and market trends to identify effective visual concepts and adapt them for client campaigns. Create multiple iterations of the same creative concept, testing variations in typography, visual hierarchy, and layout to maximize performance. Maintain organized files, asset libraries, and version control to enable fast and efficient creative production. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience working with e-commerce brands or within a performance marketing agency, focused on creating ad creatives. A mandatory portfolio showcasing real creatives used in live campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Asana, Slack, and Meta Ad Library. Professional English language skills. The portfolio must demonstrate strong typography skills.
