**What You'll Do for Us**
- Managing bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and Integrated Marketing Experience Campaigns) in partnership with Customer &Commercial Logistics and Franchise Leadership.
- Actively work on regional market development to ensure the right implementation of projects
- Provide market input for the development of Operational Unit and market-level Innovation projects
- Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of Integrated Marketing Experience campaigns within the Franchise units
- Support / execute local media buying that cannot be bought at Operational Unit level (through Marketing procurement, in coordination with Integrated Marketing Experience)
- Manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with with bottlers
- Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers
***Qualification & Requirements**:
- Marketing and leadership experience (5+ years)
- Business, commercial and financial acumen
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
- Ability to provide franchise unit-level input on marketing plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights) and other key elements of broader Operational Unit strategy, as necessary
- Ability to develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment and buy-in on marketing agenda
- Ability to support negotiations and alignment with key stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers
- Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary
- Ability to support, execute media buying (in partnership with Marketing procurement and Integrated Marketing Experience), as necessary
