Business Development Representative Opportunity

At a leading Brazilian outsourcing company, we connect talent with top North American clients. We're seeking sales professionals ready to take their careers global.

  • Sell directly to the U.S. market
  • 100% remote work arrangement

What You'll Do:

  1. Prospect actively through cold calls, emails, and outreach
  2. Manage a strong B2B pipeline and qualify leads
  3. Respond quickly to inbound opportunities
  4. Book meetings with U.S. executives and close deals
  5. Track activities and KPIs in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) for daily contact with U.S. clients
  • CRM/prospecting tools expertise
  • Resilience, charisma, and motivation by results
Nice to Have

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, autodialer experience
  • Previous experience with the U.S. sales market
  • A consistent record of exceeding outbound targets
Tech Setup

Candidates should have:

  • 2 monitors, i7 or equivalent processor, 12GB RAM+
  • High-speed internet, headset with mic, quiet office environment
