Monitoring Tools Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring Tools Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with monitoring tools, such as SCOM, Nagios, Python, shell script, PowerShell, RESTful API interaction, Azure PowerShell, ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM. They will also have strong English communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with customers to gather requirements for monitoring implementation
  • Building custom scripts
  • Implementing out-of-the-box features from monitoring tools
  • Analyzing requirements and implementing based on customer needs and company standards
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring tools management
  • Hands-on scripting experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organization skills
  • AppDynamic, ThousandEyes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment
  • Awareness of security best practices in automation and ability to implement secure coding principles
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
