What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve annual budget objectives for the assigned sales territory
  • Develop and execute a consultative sales process from qualification to contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business retention
  • Provide marketing advice and financial analysis to assist customers in optimizing their operations
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and provide real-time sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant B2B field sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the retail/distribution, pharmacy, or healthcare delivery industries
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to continuous learning
  • Experience reading P&L statements and understanding financial metrics
