ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, proactive, and bilingual (Portuguese, English) Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will support department heads in managing the exposure calendar for campaign banners, main projects analysis, social media (Instagram), and pushes. It will also be expected to act as a connection between the China merchandising team and Brazil to ensure effective communication within and across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Managing promotional calendar (in-app and social media);
- 3P performance weekly analysis to propose themes and communications;
- Analyze and propose action plans regarding exposure efficiency (in-app and social media);
- Competitor's benchmark and tracking to leverage campaigns and communications efficiency;
- Post-campaigns performance analysis;
- Analyze complex datasets and processes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization;
- Proactively propose innovative solutions and process enhancements that improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset;
- Proactive, self-starter, and not afraid to challenge existing processes or practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable, with a continuous learning mindset;
- Education: Bachelor's degree. Preference given to majors such as Business Administration, Marketing, and other related courses;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization, automation).
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written;
- Previous experience in e-commerce, with merchandise, commercial support, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
