DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS AND MARKETING (DAM)As Director of Admissions and Marketing (DAM) you will be a member of Móbile School's Senior Leadership Team. The DAM’s primary responsibility is to drive student enrollment by ensuring that families receive a differentiated experience at every stage of their journey with the school – from awareness and consideration to enrollment and subsequent advocacy for the Móbile School brand. This process is called the Family Experience Journey . Your role will involve building strong cross‑functional relationships, inspiring and developing your team, and serving as an ambassador for the Móbile School brand. You will also play a key role in building the Móbile community and the school’s reputation. Direct ReportsMarketing Coordination Communication Coordination Admissions Coordination Creative Department Other Key RelationshipsPedagogical Directorates and Vice‑Directorates of Móbile Educational and Pedagogical Coordination of Móbile Regional Admissions and Marketing Directorate and other regional MAC colleagues of Nord Anglia Central MAC Team of Nord Anglia in London Other Global MAC Members of Nord Anglia Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the DG, Operations and Finance, and Pedagogical Departments to define MAC’s strategic direction for admissions, branding, digital communication, marketing, and research. Manage MAC’s budget and ensure excellent results. Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge to give the school a competitive advantage. Oversee data integrity via CRM and ensure compliance with group data rules. Accurately forecast enrollment using all available data and lead‑generation contacts. Keep abreast of new marketing and communication trends to drive continuous innovation. Maintain the positioning of the Móbile School brand, differentiating it in São Paulo’s private school market. Generate new leads and convert them into enrollments while maximizing re‑enrolments through a relevant MAC experience. Analyze branding, communication, enrollment, and marketing data to inform decisions. Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage the enrollment funnel and ensure team adoption. Monitor team performance via CRM and KPIs. Act as a key advisor to the DG, Operations and Finance, and pedagogical departments in interpreting market research and proposing action plans. Lead complex projects and ensure excellence in all MAC functions. Recruit and develop the MAC team to achieve standards of excellence in admissions, branding, digital communication, marketing, and research. Ensure adherence to Móbile’s visual identity and tone of voice guidelines. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all media and support communication decisions in crisis or sensitive situations. Develop external networks to increase Móbile’s visibility and create new enrollment opportunities. Performance MeasurementsExecution and results related to the school’s MAC plans. Feedback from Móbile’s management and Nord Anglia’s regional office. Campaign metrics and marketing effectiveness. Recruitment and team performance indicators. Feedback on training and communication. QualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in brand building, sales, and/or marketing, ideally in service‑based roles. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development. Excellent project management skills. Strong communication, relationship, and influence skills at all levels. Data‑driven mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and insight generation. Consistent digital knowledge to support the school’s online presence (earned, owned, and paid media). Personal AttributesTeam spirit and collaborative motivation.
