Duda is seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Motion Designer to join our fast-growing design team in Florianópolis, Brazil. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of professionals working with cutting-edge technologies and a prominent brand. As a Marketing Motion Designer, you will work in a vibrant and collaborative environment, engaging with marketing, educational, sales, product, and creative colleagues globally, primarily from the US and Israel.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Design, you will lead motion design initiatives across the marketing team, focusing on engaging visual storytelling. Your role will involve translating marketing and educational objectives into compelling video content that enhances our brand's presence. You will also create dynamic visual assets for educational courses, promotional videos, and digital campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user experience across all platforms.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- **Collaborate and Support**: Join a team that values open communication, mutual respect, and collective success.
- **Innovative Design**: Define, design, and launch engaging videos for marketing and educational channels, campaigns, and in-product communication.
- **Dynamic Environment**: Contribute to brand creative and marketing strategy in a dynamic and exciting environment.
- **Creative Vision**: Establish a creative and motion vision by collaborating with marketing managers, content writers, product managers, fellow designers, and other stakeholders.
- **Own the Process**: Lead the motion design process from initial creative concept and storyboarding to the production of high-end visual motion materials.
- **Brand Guidelines**: Shape the motion design guidelines for our brand.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years as a Marketing Motion Designer in a web/SaaS-based company or an advertising agency/post studio.
- **Creative Storyteller**: Ability to shape beautiful frames and bring them to life through motion design.
- **Design Skills**: Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and color, with a keen eye for details.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in After Effects, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- **Team Player**: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- **Trend Awareness**: Always at the forefront of visual trends and constantly advancing your skills.
- **Balanced Approach**: Ability to balance creative and business needs.
- **Figma**: Basic knowledge of Figma.
