Você será essencial na construção e evolução de produtos digitais para algumas das maiores empresas do Brasil, garantindo níveis de qualidade elevados e ajudando a criar processos robustos desde o início. Modelo de Trabalho Regime: 100% remoto Modelo de contratação: PJ Responsabilidades Planejar e implementar estratégia completa de QA (web e mobile): testes funcionais, regressão, exploratórios, automatizados Criar, manter e aprimorar planos e scripts de testes automatizados (UI, APIs, regressão, performance, segurança) Integrar testes automatizados ao fluxo de CI/CD, garantindo qualidade contínua Colaborar com desenvolvedores, designers e PMs para detecção precoce e comunicação clara de bugs Conduzir testes manuais quando necessário, especialmente em homologações críticas ou features novas Atuar como guardião(a) da qualidade antes das entregas aos clientes Diagnosticar falhas e propor melhorias em frameworks e processos de testes Premissas culturais Coragem para realizar o que acredita Excelência na busca constante por superação Disposição genuína para se conectar com pessoas, sejam colegas, clientes ou parceiros Transparência para trabalhar em um ambiente de confiança Energia e intensidade para resolver problemas e entregar valor Etapas do Processo Cadastro Entrevista inicial Fit Cultural Entrevista técnica Proposta Contratação #J-18808-Ljbffr
