About the Role We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our global People team and play a strategic role in shaping the future of our Brazil operations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them build high‑performing, engaged, and resilient teams. You’ll bring a strong business mindset, deep HR expertise, and a passion for organizational growth and culture. As a Senior People Business Partner you’ll connect our global people strategy with local execution, ensuring our employees are supported, our leaders are empowered, and our organization continues to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Leadership Enablement Act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance. Partner closely with leaders to anticipate people needs, identify capability gaps, and co‑create action plans aligned with business goals. Provide strategic insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession, and leadership development. Organizational Development & Change Management Lead and support change management initiatives including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy updates. Collaborate on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring readiness for future growth. Coach managers on effective performance management and employee engagement strategies. Employee Relations & Labor Expertise Serve as a key contact for employee relations and complex case management, ensuring fairness and compliance with Brazilian labor laws. Lead and manage union relations and negotiations in Brazil, fostering constructive and sustainable relationships. Conduct internal investigations and guide leaders in handling sensitive issues with discretion and consistency. Culture Engagement & Inclusion Partner with leaders to promote our values, DEI efforts, and culture‑building programs. Drive employee engagement initiatives, leveraging insights from surveys and feedback loops to improve the employee experience. Help design and deliver training sessions and workshops that strengthen leadership and collaboration. Data‑Driven Insights Translate people metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount, absenteeism) into actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with the People Analytics team to identify trends and propose improvements across the employee lifecycle. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as the bridge between the business and People COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & D&I, HR Ops). Support local execution of global People programs and continuously adapt them to regional needs. Qualifications 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related strategic HR roles, ideally in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments (e.g., tech scale‑ups or multinational organizations). Deep expertise in Brazilian labor legislation with proven experience managing complex employee relations and union interactions. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, able to use data to influence decisions and drive meaningful change. Exceptional relationship‑builder and communicator, skilled at coaching leaders and influencing at all levels. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a global cross‑functional team across multiple time zones. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus). Curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial in spirit, thriving in ambiguity and taking initiative to create impact.
