Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for increasing sales of the Company, customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's experience. This is a huge opportunity for you to learn, grow and to come up with new ideas and proposals for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate professional relationships with new customers, creating new leads and opportunities.
  • Give sales presentations to customers.
  • Support presales activities.
  • Generate leads.
  • Establish sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the plastic industry.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales and/or training (preferred).
  • Strong background in technical sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Project Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (desired).
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Management Skills

  • Sales Account management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Smart prospecting.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in an energetic environment, building strong relationships.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about Okeanos’ mission and loving the planet.
