Overview Field of work: General & Corporate Affairs Posting Date: 3 Sept 2025 Location: São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil Contract type: Temporary Job ID: 2156 Role Description Implementação de atividades promocionais, de acordo com o Plano Estratégico de Negócios, definido pela Empresa. Garantir a atualização do objetivo e perfil dos clientes, dentro do território trabalhado, manter a frequência de visitação adequada para manter a eficácia das vendas. Conhecer o perfil de prescrição e entender as necessidades dos médicos da região, a fim de orientar a adoção dos produtos da LEO, bem como expansão de sua prescrição. Promoção do relacionamento de negócio com o canal de distribuição (atacadistas e redes de farmácias) e outros clientes chaves, de maneira a aumentar a venda dos produtos. Construção de um relacionamento bom e sustentável com os Líderes de Opinião (KOL), médicos de alto potencial, profissionais não médicos (enfermeiras, farmacêuticos), terceiros chaves e pessoal administrativo. Participação ativa nas atividades de Educação Médica Continuada (congressos, reuniões médicas). Organizar programas promocionais com palestrantes dentro do território. Participação ativa nos programas de treinamento da companhia, de maneira a manter o nível profissional elevado. Execução das atividades individuais e em equipe, passadas pelo Coordenador. Fornecer relatórios escritos de solicitações médicas, eventos promocionais, despesas promocionais, despesas de viagens e inventário de amostras. Gerenciamento das despesas do território, de maneira a manter os objetivos do orçamento. Manter informação atualizada referente a produtos concorrentes ou estratégias de marketing de concorrentes, bem como estudos no território para manter os produtos LEO na liderança. Acatar a política de farmacovigilância, bem como as normas da ANVISA e o código de conduta da LEO. Ter alto nível de comprometimento e confiabilidade, garantindo autonomia de trabalho. Atender os prazos determinados pela companhia na execução das atividades de Marketing com a confecção da ANF. Executar com precisão e assertividade as ações de Marketing determinadas pela empresa. Manter atualizado a sua base de clientes a cada seis meses, aferindo a sua produtividade e sua efetividade em resultado junto aos seus clientes. Realizar ações específicas como almoço e jantares de relacionamento com foco na discussão de casos clínicos, ou direcionadas pelo Marketing, como Mini Meeting ou LEO Meeting.
