LHR Americas recruit people from around the world to work in Saudi Arabia.**Who are we looking for?****:Economics Research team will drive external economics and markets’ updates, reporting, research, and forecast, leveraging advanced analytics for predictive insight through internal and external analysis.**Qualifications**:- **Job Specific Skills**: Expertise in Economic reporting; Expertise in articulating external factors.- **Qualifications**: Minimum Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering, master's degree in business administration, Economics or Finance is preferred- **Experience**: 6+ years Aggregate experience out of which at least 4 years in Economics or marketing intelligence.**Duties and **responsibilities*****:- Understand Petrochemicals, Agri-Nutrients, Metals and Specialties market dynamics.- Prepare holistic market analysis on the organization major products including historical and forward-looking data point and business insight.- Translate supply/demand fundamentals, geo-political tension and major events into financial impact on the organization business and profitability- Design, build, test, train and deploy the Economics Research models- Accountable for maintaining relationship with EPM Leadership and CFO on all issues pertaining to Economics Research- the organization focal of all Economics Research activities, including:- Conduct ad-hoc studies on strategic performance topics/issues as directed by EXCOM, and provide conclusive insights and improvement recommendations- Source & validate market data inputs for SAC / non-SAC reports- Set macroeconomics assumption for the organization business planning and rolling forecast, including but not limited to GDP, inflation and oil price.- Provide the organization products prices assumptions for business plan target setting- Source the organization feedstock and utility assumptions for business plan target setting- In collaboration with SBUs marketing intelligence develop the basis for business plan scenarios- Prepare periodic reports about external market, external business environment and economics- Prepare detailed analysis and research about global, regional and countries economics- Convert geopolitical tensions, new regulation, and economics factors into financial measurements- On an ongoing basis, examine current operational & business processes to identify and implement potential improvements that will positively impact upon service and cost performance- Develop & implement the enterprise Performance Management Strategy - including Data Analytics and Reporting Strategy.- Through the performance review and Business Insights, strive to identify opportunities for Step improvement in Business Performance- Communications & Stakeholder management:- Maintain network of internal and external contacts to ensure the understanding of economic challenges/opportunities- Prepare the summary of the macro and micro economic environment- Propose the assumptions and guidelines- work the SBU with analytics, sensitivity analysis.**Which are the benefits you will enjoy if you are selected for this job opening?***:This company has the goal to create a team of co-workers who can develop professionally and personally to the fullest.Thus, they are focused on offering them the best:- You will have the chance to keep developing your professional career in an innovative environment working with the latest technology, the most advanced tools and the best practices.- If you are selected, all expenses associated to the relocation process will be borne by the employer.- Indefinite term contract- Competitive base salary- Benefit for permanency in the company- General health and dental plan**THE STAGES OF THIS PROCESS ARE**:**1. **Resume Evaluation**:A member of our recruitment team will eval
