Backend Software Developer We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to spearhead the development and optimization of our EHR platform using PHP/Laravel. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled developer to design, build, and maintain innovative applications ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Spearheading Platform Development: Develop and optimize our EHR platform using PHP/Laravel. Database Schema Creation: Design database schemas to support business processes. API Development and Integration: Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use. Security Compliance: Implement robust security measures to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards. Additional Responsibilities: Mentor junior developers in best practices and technologies. Evaluate new technology trends and apply them to innovate and enhance the platform. Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with designers to refine the platform's user interface and experience. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel and MySQL. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in backend development preferably in the healthcare sector or EHR platforms. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
