Product Manager SR – SiMCo - Healthcare Join the team to lead internal product initiatives with a strong design background. SiMCo was founded to provide quality medical and dental care to 150 million Brazilians without private health plans. Join us to build the largest and best healthcare access platform in Latin America. Responsibilities Lead internal products from understanding the problem to delivery and continuous evolution. Conduct product discovery with internal teams, mapping problems, opportunities, and hypotheses. Use design background to support flow and journey definition, review prototypes and interfaces, and ensure consistency with the design system and UX best practices. Prioritise the backlog aligned with business goals. Define and monitor success metrics (OKRs, adoption KPIs) for internal products. Facilitate ceremonies and rituals with the team (plannings, reviews, refinements, retrospectives). Consistently align expectations with stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and next steps clearly. Collaborate with Technology, Design, Data, and other business areas. Qualifications Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager in digital products. Solid design background (UX, UI, or Product Design) through education, prior designer work, or hybrid roles. Experience with internal or B2B products (internal tools, portals, dashboards) is a significant advantage. Ability to transform complex problems into simple, value‑oriented solutions. Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). Excellent communication to facilitate alignment between technical and non‑technical areas. Analytical profile, with data‑driven decision making. Differentials Experience with design systems and interface standardization. Background in technology companies, startups, or large‑scale digital products. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker). Experience with usability testing and internal user research.
