Como membro do time de EHS, você será responsável por garantir a segurança dos trabalhadores da fábrica respondendo ao Supervisor de EHS, seguindo os procedimentos e processos já estabelecidos pela liderança global da WabtecO que queremos saber sobre você? Requisitos Formado em Técnico de Segurança do trabalho com registro ativo junto ao Ministério do Trabalho Vivência na área Industrial Metalúrgica; Conhecimento básico em inglês; CNH B. Como será o seu dia a dia? Participar da implementação da política de saúde e segurança no trabalho, acompanhamento das atividades do turno; Realizar auditoria, preencher e avaliar a documentação da área, identificar variáveis de controle de doenças, acidentes, qualidade de vida e meio ambiente; Desenvolver treinamentos na área de saúde e segurança no trabalho, participar de perícias e fiscalizações e integrar processos de negociação; Participar de adoção de tecnologias e processos de trabalho; Realizar entregas mensais dos programas: PULSAR, 7S, entre outros; Auxiliar nas demandas de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade; Atender a legislação de segurança auxiliando no suporte a CIPA e SESMT.
