US Advertising company is hiring a Brand Director (Remote | Full-Time) Looking to lead client relationships, drive results, and make e-Commerce smoother for everyone involved? Let’s talk. We’re seeking a strategic, reliable, and client-obsessed Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. You’ll be the trusted point of contact, tracking progress, leading communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days) Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates What We’re Looking For 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.) 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred) Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure 100% remote, flexible hours (core: 6–11am PST) Real ownership over your accounts and strategies Entrepreneur-friendly—use company tools to grow your own Amazon brand Supportive, low-ego, high-output team culture Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industries: Marketing Services and Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
