KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee end-to-end retail store operations , ensuring consistent store image, visual merchandising, and sales execution. Manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure availability, stock control, and operational efficiency. Support store expansion, optimization, and channel efficiency initiatives . Resolve store-level operational issues, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Store Operating Procedures (SOPs). Lead and manage store teams , including hiring, training, performance management, and motivation. Define sales targets, monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare operational and business reports . Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activities KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Experience in chain retail or consumer electronics, with multi-store or regional exposure (preferred).
