In 2025, we will be rolling out worldwide our new TMS (Transport management solution) Parcelhero Pro, which enables retailers to pay a monthly subscription to centralise all orders and ship on their own carrier accounts using our cutting‑edge shipping platform. Our engineering team tackles exciting challenges such as designing scalable front‑end architectures, building reusable component libraries, implementing advanced state management and optimising performance for millions of users. Base Pay Range R$150,000.00/yr – R$200,000.00/yr Working Hours & Remuneration 12pm to 8:30pm Mon‑Fri (GMT). 20 days holiday per year. You work as a contractor and are responsible for your own tax. You need a minimum 20 MB broadband line, your own PC/Laptop and headset. Responsibilities Design and deliver scalable, maintainable and performant front‑end applications. Set best practices and mentor junior engineers. Work closely with design, product and back‑end teams to deliver seamless experiences. Why Join? Skills And Competencies – Must Haves Expert in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Deep expertise with React (hooks, context, state management, component architecture, performance optimisation) Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles Proficient in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross‑browser compatibility Testing experience: unit, integration, and end‑to‑end Optional Positives Experience with Mantine UI library Experience with Zustand for state management Familiarity with React Query and Axios Qualifications And Experience 8+ years of professional front‑end development experience, with at least 5 years focused on React in large‑scale applications Track record of building and deploying production‑grade React applications Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
