Netlinking manager

North Star Network is a media group operating in the international gaming and sports sector. To strengthen our 90 people team, we're looking for a passionate netlinker to join us

You'll be joining a passionate SEO team of 15 people, based in Lille, Paris and remote.

Our portfolio of websites (soccer, boxing, mma, e-sports...) in figures:

1. 50+ websites
2. 30M+ monthly page views
3. 40+ markets

Your missions :

1. SEO (popularity) audits: competitor analysis, popularity audits & netlinking plans, in agreement with the SEO project managers for each market. Ratio of homepage/internal links, anchor types (optimised, semi-optimised, url, etc.). You'll be participating in creating a tailor-made strategy for a network of sites.
2. Netlinking roadmaps : Creation, implementation and monitoring of an SEO netlinking roadmap: you understand the business priorities and know how to identify all the SEO projects needed for your market, create a time-planned SEO roadmap with your market manager and deliver it.
3. Outreach: Researching and acquiring baclinks to the network's sites, contacting partner sites, creating a database of contacts that can be activated and updated regularly. Managing and optimising the netlinking budget.
4. Linkbaiting/R&D: you will be able to set up R&D projects: monitoring mentions of our media sites, making contacts, creating a network of partners, using our media network, etc.

To achieve your goals as a netlinking specialist, you'll have access to:

1. a team of SEO specialists (15 members: SEO project managers, Team Leaders, netlinking team...)
2. access to the main SEO tools (ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Seolyzer, accuranker).

Your profile:

1. 5+ years as an SEO offsite specialist on Brazil market, with concrete results to show us.
2. Proficiency with SEO tools and Excel
3. Experience on betting SERPs
4. Professional English and portuguese
5. Plus : you love sports
