Facebook Social Media Marketing Specialist (Full Time, Remote) This full‑time remote role requires a Facebook Social Media Specialist to create, schedule, and manage engaging content, run social media marketing campaigns, monitor user engagement, and analyze metrics to enhance strategies. The specialist collaborates with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all digital channels. Responsibilities Develop and schedule engaging Facebook content. Manage Facebook Ads campaigns and overall social media marketing strategy. Monitor and respond to user engagement and community interactions. Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to improve social media effectiveness. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain brand consistency across digital channels. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills. Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and social media management tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
