Senior Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Talent Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. This role serves as a strategic liaison between stakeholders, requiring strong management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee recruitment delivery teams, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Influence and guide teams toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
  • Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
  • Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
