Overview Employer Industry: Healthcare Technology Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $100,000 Bonus target of up to 5% of the base salary Competitive benefits package including health and welfare benefits, 401(k) with employer matching, and paid time off Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Chance to work with innovative technologies that enhance health plan operations and customer experience Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and integrity Responsibilities Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and milestones for software deployments Work closely with clients to assess their needs and tailor product implementations accordingly Configure software systems based on client requirements and customize reward structures Provide comprehensive training and support to client teams during the implementation process Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, system setups, and client configurations Qualifications Bachelor\u2019s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation of software products Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration processes Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with member activation and engagement solutions Familiarity with change management processes in client-facing implementations Understanding of consumer-facing product user experience Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum participation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
