Your Day to Day Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage end‑to‑end hiring from sourcing to offer negotiation for technical and non‑technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Candidate Experience – Ensure a high‑touch experience, enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Explore new tools, sourcing methods and recruitment trends to optimise hiring efficiency. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives. Data‑Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, covering technical and non‑technical roles. Global recruitment experience – source, attract and engage talent across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast‑paced environments. Data‑driven mindset using recruitment analytics. Preferred CET timezone (or willingness to be flexible). Previous experience in Cryptocurrency or Blockchain space (preferred).
