Having recently re-signed a long term, complex government contract to run a high-profile Victorian asset, they are now seeking an experienced EGM/Director-level individual, to manage the P&L (over $100m+) and ensure the efficient and effective running of daily operations, ensuring safety and productivity of a large workforce.With full cross functional autonomy, you will liaise closely with key government and internal stakeholders and be expected to deliver against all contractual obligations and metrics including strategy development, profit, compliance, safety, finance, HR, asset management and operations execution. Leading a large workforce of over 1000 professional and blue-collar employees, you will embed a culture of safety and continuous improvement to ensure safe, sustainable, and effective processes, systems and services are delivered through the term of the contract.
