As the Staff Engineer within the Reconciliation Squad, you'll lead the design and delivery of robust systems that ensure accuracy, transparency, and trust in our financial operations.
We're working in a hybrid set-up (3x/week onsite) from our office located in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
What You'll Do

Guide engineering decisions and mentor other developers. Design, implement, and maintain highly available backend services that process and reconcile transaction data at scale.
