**The Team**:
Our Sales Team is responsible for business relationships with various clients across the Latam region. Our main objective is to develop our company in the long-term through commercial strategies that allow the correct performance of our brands in the different markets.
**The Opportunity**:
Mattel is currently seeking a **Sales Representative**; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of having key communication with our clients and commercial teams.
**What Your Impact Will Be**:
- Responsible for Gross Sales and to ensure that sales KPIs (GS, POS, OHI, DOH) remain in compliance with the plan
- Direct customer service in specific categories
- Administrative routines of the client
- Product registration
- Order invoicing
- Monitoring of schedules and deliveries
- Updating reports, calculation of promotional actions
- Commercial budget management
- Sending a grid for promotional materials
