What will be your responsibilities : System Implementation & Technical Leadership - Lead the implementation and provide technical support for systems within a global portfolio. Act as Technical Lead / Architect to ensure timely and accurate delivery of newly designed systems. Collaborate with leadership and vendors to develop approve and validate technical solution designs. Problem Solving & Standards Development - Conduct root cause analysis of system issues and failures. Develop corrective actions contribute to technical standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Project Planning & Demand Management - Partner with cross-functional teams to plan project scope sprints and resource allocation. Manage system demand and apply cost control techniques to optimize efficiency and reduce operational expenses. Technical Documentation & Reporting - Prepare technical assessments white papers evaluation reports and operational readiness plans for new or evolving technologies. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
