Amazon Payment Products BR aims to launch and manage payment products that enhance affinity and affordability for our customers. This role is responsible for managing the project roadmap for our Co-Branded Credit Card and Buy Now Pay Later products, ensuring we deliver the right features to enhance customer experience. The successful candidate will serve as a hands-on analyst, resolve escalations, and manage Payments' partners and internal clients. Effective communication internally across teams and externally with partners, both written and verbally, is critical.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. The candidate must be a fast learner, able to quickly absorb the nuances of Amazon's varied payment offerings and the behavior of Amazon's internal systems. Analytical decision-making skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion and a passion for providing clients with data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  2. Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  3. Experience in program or project management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  2. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
