Job Summary: Talent acquisition partners play a critical role in supporting client programs. They work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver candidate generation and selection services, manage offer negotiations, and ensure successful onboarding. Key responsibilities include engaging with talent acquisition managers, hiring managers, and account directors to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems.
