Votre mission
Realizar a entrada de materiais no sistema dynamics e movimentações de estoque, conforme procedimento interno
Auxiliar no atendimento ao setor de logística, com relação à execução de relatórios, análises, KPIs, reportes, transações no AX, orçamentos e pedidos de compra
- Realizar a baixa virtual nos materiais de uso e consumo para todos os setores da Fábrica de Areal, organizando pedidos junto ao setor de compras
- Preencher corretamente documentações relacionadas ao setor de Almoxarifado, conforme estabelecido em procedimentos internos
Reportar erros de estoque, avarias de materiais, necessidades de reparos predial e de equipamentos ao superior imediato
Manter as áreas de estoque organizadas, com cada material em sua devida localização de armazenagem, de forma a garantir a maior acuracidade dos estoques
Realizar consultas, transferências de estoque no sistema Dynamics AX.
- Realizar a emissão de etiquetas de identificação de materiais
Auxiliar a supervisão na construção de relatórios de indicadores, relatórios de controlados e outros reportes necessários
