**Requirements**:
- Years Worked: Three years in the same or related profession
- Education: Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
- Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence
- Commercial Exposure in: PHP, Python, JavaScript & CSS, MySQL & Aurora
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Requirement gathering and analysis
- Solution research and discovery
- Estimating
- Analysis of risks and issues
- Post go-live bug fixes and support
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, creativity, patience, attention to detail, adaptable, can balance multiple workloads, and meet tight deadlines
