Cadence has been nominated as a- Great Place to Workglobally and in- Brazil, and is also a- Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For- Position Description:- We are looking for a Recruiter who has good communication and who wants to develop and desire to learn more in a collaborative relationship with our team. This professional is responsible for all of the hiring process, contracts, will play a critical role in the company and focus on Employer Branding. The position involves:- Partner closely with hiring managers to design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents on board;- Monitoring Talent Acquisition indicators for continuous improvement;- Provide HR support for all the internal process and employee life cycle;- Support and onboard new hires in the company;- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up;- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.- Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle;- Knowledge in Employer branding;- Experience in HR processes, such as contracts and analyses- Excellent communication skills;- English level;- Nice to have:- Previous experience with tech positions;- Experience in Workday and others HR platforms;- Additional Job Details:- Employment category: CLT- Employment term: 40 hours/week- Location: R.
