- Position Description:
- We are looking for a Recruiter who has good communication and who wants to develop and desire to learn more in a collaborative relationship with our team. This professional is responsible for all of the hiring process, contracts, will play a critical role in the company and focus on Employer Branding. The position involves:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents on board;
- Monitoring Talent Acquisition indicators for continuous improvement;
- Provide HR support for all the internal process and employee life cycle;
- Support and onboard new hires in the company;
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up;
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle;
- Knowledge in Employer branding;
- Experience in HR processes, such as contracts and analyses
- Excellent communication skills;
- English level;
- Nice to have:
- Previous experience with tech positions;
- Experience in Workday and others HR platforms;

- Location: R. Desembargador Jorge Fontana, 50, 7o andar, Belvedere - Belo Horizonte (currently working from home)
