Overview

You will join an autonomous Agile team and work closely with the Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, Automation Testers, and other Software Engineers to create a competitive advantage for the Company and offer a unique digital experience to our customers. Besides being part of the Agile team, you will work closely with frontend professionals within the Chapter.

Responsibilities
  • Guide your team by analyzing and implementing new features
  • Assume full responsibility for our outstanding applications on an engaging development journey
  • Spearhead the development of sleek, cutting-edge product applications
  • Leverage your expertise to seamlessly introduce exciting new features
  • Dive into the world of requirements and intricate technical analysis
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and UI/UX team aiming to create memorable customer experiences
  • Work alongside the Principal Engineer and your team members to oversee the entire development cycle of new features
  • Lead your fellow software engineers by developing their skills and fostering a culture of open communication and support as well as acting as a point of contact for key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Senior Engineers with a strong desire to lead a software development team
  • Significant experience in a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, Vue, or React)
  • Familiarity with the testing pyramid, CI/CD pipelines, and software architecture
  • A passion for coaching/mentoring fellow software engineers
  • Familiarity with automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Essential expertise in the web platform, encompassing JavaScript, Browser Native APIs, HTTP/S, and web performance
  • Proficiency in REST API services integration
  • Typescript exposure is a plus
  • Advanced or Fluent English
