O que você fará como Global Sr. Treasury Analyst
Como Analista de Tesouraria na Sealed Air, você desempenhará um papel crucial na gestão das operações de caixa e mercados de capitais, reportando-se diretamente ao Diretor de Tesouraria. Suas responsabilidades abrangem uma gama de tarefas, desde a execução das operações diárias até a liderança de projetos especiais para aprimorar as práticas da empresa. As atividades abaixo representam apenas uma parte do seu papel dinâmico dentro da SEE. Você estará constantemente colaborando com colegas de diversos departamentos, buscando maneiras de melhorar as práticas existentes e impulsionar a inovação em toda a organização. Sua capacidade de pensar de forma estratégica e agir com iniciativa será fundamental para o sucesso nesta função desafiadora e gratificante.
Por que precisamos de você?
• Executar diariamente a posição global de caixa, garantindo uma visão precisa dos recursos financeiros disponíveis.
• Fornecer recomendações para atividades diárias de empréstimo e investimento, alinhadas com as políticas e diretrizes da empresa.
• Gerenciar as relações bancárias globais, incluindo a abertura e fechamento de contas, bem como o cumprimento de procedimentos de KYC.
• Coordenar a carteira de empréstimos entre empresas, garantindo a precisão dos relatórios mensais e a conformidade com os padrões contábeis.
• Executar transações de câmbio estrangeiro, assegurando a conclusão precisa e oportuna das confirmações e liquidações.
• Apoiar na preparação de previsões de caixa globais de curto prazo, identificando riscos e oportunidades para otimizar a posição de caixa.
• Implementar estratégias para minimizar saldos ociosos de caixa, maximizar a geração de juros e reduzir custos bancários.
• Liderar projetos especiais, como atualizações do sistema de gestão de tesouraria, garantindo uma implementação eficiente e eficaz.
O que você precisa para ter sucesso na posição?
Experiência no departamento de tesouraria será altamente valorizada, mas não é obrigatória. Inglês conversaconal avançado, não negocíavel (mínimo C1). Se você pertence à indústria bancária ou faz parte de alguma startup no setor financeiro, esta posição é uma ótima oportunidade. Proficiência em MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word) Familiaridade com os princípios de gestão de liquidez e financiamento corporativo. Familiaridade com conceitos/princípios contábeis.
