Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams specialist to administer and optimize our team's channels, policies, integrations, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams. They must be able to monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to improve our team's productivity and efficiency. Additionally, the specialist should be proficient in testing new features and implementing changes securely. Requirements for Success: Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations is required. Proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph is essential. Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation is necessary. Strong knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement is desired. Fluency in English is mandatory.
