Business Partner Manager - LATAM The role of Business Partner Manager - LATAM is pivotal in bringing our human capital strategy to life. This position involves partnering with departments on key initiatives, encompassing challenges, change leadership, and providing counsel and guidance on team member matters. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with departments to provide strategic support across the team member lifecycle, from hiring to development to offboarding. Lead investigations and resolution processes, ensuring fair and productive outcomes in compliance with company policies and employment law. Drive performance management through coaching leaders on feedback practices, accountability measures, and high-impact development conversations. Support job design and organizational planning, helping leaders clarify roles, build effective teams, and plan for future staffing needs. Analyze data and KPIs to guide decision-making and recommend improvements. Champion company culture through engagement initiatives, events, recognition efforts, and inclusive workplace programs. Counsel leaders through change management efforts, including restructures, role changes, or system implementations. Serve as a project lead or contributor on enterprise initiatives, including policy development, system upgrades, or organizational assessments.
