Growth Marketer – Part‑time (Opportunity to Lead Marketing)Go Running Tours, a global company bringing adventure to runners worldwide, is looking for a Growth Marketer who will drive the marketing strategy across both B2C and B2B channels. Job OverviewAs our Growth Marketer you will be the full‑stack marketing leader: from email and newsletter optimisation to paid media and partnership outreach. You will work closely with the founder, maintain a data‑driven mindset, and scale initiatives from one city to the rest of our destinations. ResponsibilitiesStrategically plan, launch, and optimise email marketing flows – newsletters, automation, and segmentation for a global audience. Drive paid media campaigns on Meta and Google, test new platforms, and track performance metrics that matter. Research and identify new growth channels, markets, and technology opportunities to expand our reach. Create case studies, sponsor collaborations, and pitch bold concepts that extend our brand into new segments. Analyse data, run experiments, and iterate quickly to validate and scale high‑impact tactics. Collaborate remotely with a distributed team, keeping meetings concise while ensuring clarity and alignment. QualificationsStrong analytical skills combined with creative copywriting and design chops. Experience managing email marketing campaigns, preferably with automation platforms. Proven track record in paid media (Meta, Google, and proficiency in measuring ROI). Growth mindset: constant learning, experimentation, and scaling of successful pilots. Excellent attention to detail, fast execution, and ability to thrive in a remote, low‑meeting environment. Self‑motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow the business and your own career. Compensation & BenefitsUSD 1,400 per month, 25 hours per week, with Upwork contracting. The role is part‑time, flexible, and hosted on a remote basis. No expectation of more than 25 hours weekly; the focus is on result‑driven output rather than overtime. Additional InformationThe posting is active for 3–4 days.
