As a Business Development Manager you will be part of the Business Development Management Team.

How Yuno will challenge you

  1. Actively seeking out and targeting business clients who can benefit from the company's payment solutions.
  2. Own the full sales cycle with enterprise merchants - from the prospecting/lead stage to closing deals and onboarding them.
  3. Constantly learning and researching the payments market to understand the needs, opportunities, and trends in the sector.
  4. Developing tailored strategies for approaching and engaging with potential clients.
  5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business clients and industry partners.
  6. Leading complex negotiations with enterprise merchants and closing deals, focusing on long-term mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Effectively presenting and explaining Yuno's solution to prospects.
  8. Gathering client feedback to improve the product and service offerings.
  9. Working closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to B2B sales.
  10. Keeping track of sales targets and providing regular reports on progress and challenges to management.

The skills you need

  1. Mandatory 4+ years of proven experience as a business development manager, with a focus on sales in the B2B payments industry, fintech.
  2. Mandatory advanced English and native Spanish.
  3. Demonstrable sales track record, particularly in international and multi-cultural contexts.
  4. Familiarity with customer support practices.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  6. In-depth market knowledge, with an emphasis on Latin American economies and payment sectors.
  7. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  8. Effective time management and strategic planning abilities.
  9. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
