Front-End Web Developer We are seeking a skilled front-end web developer to lead the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of our website and Headless CMS ecosystem. This role requires a proactive professional capable of taking ownership from day one—someone who can solve complex problems, implement robust solutions, and drive ongoing improvements across the platform. This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities: Architect and develop fast, scalable, and reliable front-end solutions using React and Strapi. Rebuild, refine, and optimize existing website sections to maximize performance and conversion. Maintain Core Web Vitals in the green, using real-user monitoring and observability tools. Design, implement, and manage content structures, schemas, and data models in Strapi v5. Integrate CMS features with analytics and marketing tools such as Vercel, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot APIs, and Google Analytics. Automate deployment workflows and repetitive development tasks to improve efficiency. Collaborate closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensure accurate tracking, strong server response performance, and a high-quality user experience across all devices. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React. Advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred). Proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment, and server-side integrations. Solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deploy fixes in real-time production environments. Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates and running A/B testing experiments.
