Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, the Workplace Experience Intern is instrumental in providing top-tier administrative support to elevate the overall workplace experience. This internship is a paid opportunity, being offered on a basis of 11 hours per week, and on a flexible schedule according to the business needs.**As a Workplace Experience Intern Your Responsibilities Include**:- Providing substantial administrative support.- Contributing to the planning and execution of events and meetings, overseeing tasks such as check-ins, maintaining attendee lists, and offering on-the-day event support.- Ensuring the general upkeep and organization of the office environment.- Assisting in various ongoing projects within the Employee Experience team.- Efficiently managing the distribution of office mail.- Undertaking other ad-hoc duties as required in kitchen and on the floor.**You Are**:- Available to commit up to 11 hours per week.- Flexible to work after office hours for events or activities.- Possessing proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.- A hands-on enthusiast, approaching tasks with energy and enthusiasm.- Experienced in some of the responsibilities?
