SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

Candidates should submit a portfolio and a short cover letter explaining why they are the right fit. Role & Responsibilities Specialize in the design of static visuals for social media. Work in a fast‑paced environment that demands impeccable production skills. Collaborate with designers and clients to provide production mechanical/template building expertise. Serve as part of a dedicated team of designers, multimedia designers, art directors, copywriters, content creators and community managers that produces local and regional work. Harmonize speed, style and scale to produce high‑quality assets at a steady pace. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and remain consistent across ad formats and dimensions. Requirements 4+ years of experience in art direction or related roles. Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills. Excellent organization of files, layers and folders. Ability to work independently on small tasks and take on larger projects with minimal supervision. Experience contributing to all stages of production, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and adapting language versions. Exceptional attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and tolerance for rapid change. Proactive in seeking process efficiencies. Capability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus. Fluency in English and familiarity with production tricks. Clear communication skills and comfort working with designers worldwide.
