Brazil- Legal- Group Functions**Job Reference #**- BR**City**- Sao Paulo**Job Type**- Part Time**Your role**- Are you interested in Financial Markets? Do you have an eye for details?We’re looking for an intern to:- legal coverage for administration and portfolio management of investment funds, including private-label funds and structured collective investment funds; drafting of all applicable fund and fund offering documentation, along with comprehensive regulatory research involving investment funds to ensure compliance with current regulations.- legal support in litigation cases, drafting letters and notices to clients and regulatory bodies.- review of service agreements, contractual amendments, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with current regulations and searching for legal theory and case law in the areas of financial and capital markets.- offer assistance in meeting internal requests from various company departments, delivering legal support under the guidance of the team's attorneys.**Your team**- The work environment is focused on providing support to the Wealth Management division of UBS in Brazil, with daily and direct interaction with the qualified professionals in the Legal Department.**Your expertise**- students of Law with graduation by Dec/2028 or later- ideally advanced English- availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office 6 hours per day/30 hours per week- good communication skills, analytical capability, and dedication to learning;- good writing and text interpretation skills;- strong interpersonal relationship skills and teamwork abilities, with flexibility to handle diverse demands;- knowledge in Microsoft 365 package, especially Word**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
