Reporting to the Corporate Communications manager, this role supports the SP Lead in the implementation of voluntary Social Investment programs and partnerships in country to protect Shell’s license to operate and position the company as a partner of choice for Brazilian society.**Social Investment Advisor****What’s the role?**The Social Investment Advisor supports the SP Lead in delivering voluntary social investment programs and is an active player in developing communications strategies to promote those programs both internally and externally.As a Social Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:- Ensures the delivery of all voluntary social investment projects for Shell Brasil- Manages several delivery partners for SI programs in country- Works closely with Communication´s Planning team to promote Shell´s SI projects internally and externally**Requirements**:**_What we need from you- Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer- Must be a bachelor’s degree in any related field- Learner mindset about the diverse portfolio of Shell businesses in country and how those can be linked to innovative SI projects in country- Knowledge and experience in Social Investment. Additional knowledge or experience related SP and/or Community liaison desirable- Ability to work under pressure and mediate conflicting parties to find satisfactory solutions- Resilience to work a gratifying position where you can really make a difference but will also need to say “no” to projects that are not aligned with S
