The company comprises a highly diverse, dynamic team of talented people from over twenty different countries, speaking multiple languages, with a physical footprint in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive - Brands & Distributors to join us at RedCloud.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, close, and onboard major FMCG distributors within allocated verticals.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with distributors and foster new partnerships to continue to grow the business within the assigned region of responsibility.
  • Respond to and resolve distributor questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Identify and nurture FMCG value chain clusters through existing relationships.
  • Diverse experience and knowledge of sub-sectors in the FMCG space and FMCG distribution chain.
  • Monitor and oversee the onboarding of distributors and wholesalers post-closure. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop strategies to motivate and drive regular order traffic via the RedCloud Marketplace platform. Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product.
  • Negotiate profitable business deals with distributors and merchants.
  • Report clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Need to Have

  • Strong understanding of digital solutions across Payments, Ordering, Marketing solutions, and B2B marketplaces.
  • Ability to comprehend RedCloud technology product line and communicate our value proposition to prospects.
  • Utilize product and market awareness to maximize opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep digital understanding.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
