Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry

Sweden needs skilled engineers About 30 000 of them by 2030 to be precise, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

Responsibilities
  • As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Coordinate relocation support with the Swedish delivery management team that handles visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in multiple countries to plan and execute work.
  • Support candidates and families to build a new career and life in Sweden.
Required competence

At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.

Qualifications
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with flexible mindset toward best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self confident, sociable, motivated.
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection.
  • Passionate about success with professional demeanor.
  • Responsive and responsible with appropriate appearance.
Conditions

Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Location: remote or co-working. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD plus taxes. 20 paid vacation days. Travel, housing, and per diem.
