Position Purpose We are looking for aPolicy Managerto lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our globalSafety Policies. This role will be responsible for ensuring that guidelines covering Riders, Customers, and Partners are consistent, compliant and aligned with company values, while supporting cross-functional teams in managing risks and safeguarding reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead thedesign, implementation, and continuous updateof safety policies for Riders, Customers, and Partners. Ensure governance and consistency of policies across all business units and regions. Partner withLegal, Public Relations, Operations, and Supportteams to guarantee compliance and mitigate reputational risks. Conductpolicy audits and compliance reviews, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans. Supportoperational and crisis decision-makingthrough clear and actionable policy frameworks. Act as themain point of contactfor internal and external stakeholders regarding safety policy matters. Train and support regional teams to ensure understanding and adoption of policies. Usedata and insightsto measure policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree inAdministration, Law, or related fields. Strong backgroundin policy governance, compliance, corporate safety, or related areas. Strongwriting, editing, and documentationskills, with the ability to create clear and practical guidelines. Solidstakeholder management and negotiationexperience, balancing legal, operational, and reputational needs. Knowledge ofcompliance frameworks, governance, and safety operations. Ability to translate complex regulations intopractical and applicable policies. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English(written and spoken); other languages are a plus.Position HighlightsOpportunity toshape and strengthenthe company’s global safety policy framework. High exposure tocross-functional teams and senior leadership. Strategic position withdirect impact on risk mitigation and reputation management.
