In this role, you will:Be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and innovative supply chain solutions within our global enterprise architecture framework. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **supply chain systems, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies** that support business agility and operational excellence.* **Enterprise Architecture Alignment:** Develop supply chain technology strategies that align with Kimberly-Clark’s enterprise architecture standards and long-term business objectives.* **Solution Design & Innovation:** Architect and design scalable, high-performance supply chain solutions that integrate with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), warehouse management, transportation management, and manufacturing execution systems.* **Digital Transformation Leadership:** Drive the adoption of cloud, IoT, and AI/ML to enhance visibility, automation, and predictive analytics across the supply chain.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and external vendors to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure successful implementation.* **Data & Analytics Enablement:** Ensure that supply chain architecture supports advanced analytics, real-time data processing, and end-to-end visibility.* **Scalability & Security:** Design architectures that are secure, compliant, and scalable to support global supply chain operations and future business growth.* **Technology Governance:** Establish best practices, design patterns, and architecture standards to drive consistency and efficiency across technology solutions.* **Operational Resilience:** Ensure supply chain systems are designed for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.* Guide, mentor and help to build the skill and experience of enterprise and solution architects and engineers.* Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:* **Enterprise Architecture Expertise:** More than 7 years of strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and ability to apply them to supply chain solutions.* **Supply Chain Systems Knowledge:** Experience with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), WMS, TMS, MES, and procurement platforms.* **Cloud & Emerging Technologies:** Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.* **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Familiarity with data lakes, analytics platforms, AI/ML models for supply chain optimization.* **Business Acumen:** Understanding of supply chain operations, demand planning, logistics, and procurement best practices.* **Stakeholder Management:** Ability to communicate technical concepts to business leaders and influence strategic decision-making.* **Agile & DevOps Methodologies:** Experience in Agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.* **Matrixed organization experience** Skilled in application delivery, client relationship management, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, and collaboration.* **Influencing skills**: Able to motivate others and obtain buy-in across all levels of the organization* **Role can be based out of Latin America or India but must maintain US business hours*** **PLEASE ATTACHED YOUR CV IN ENGLISH****Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in SAFe Agile Architecture* Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail industries.* Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Cloud (AWS/Azure), or Supply Chain (APICS, SCOR).* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in supply chain solutions.* Experience in Risk, regulations, standards and frameworksTotal BenefitsHere are just a few of the benefits you’d enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.* Great support for good health with medical, dental, and vision coverage options with no waiting periods or pre-existing condition restrictions.
