Filtration Product Specialist – Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil Driving MissionZero, we need a regional specialist to lead aftermarket filtration for mining operations in Brazil. About the Role As the Filtration Product Specialist for Belo Horizonte, you will own the post‑sale product portfolio in Brazil, provide technical and commercial leadership, and collaborate with service, sales, and product teams to maximize value for our mining customers. Key Responsibilities Manage customer needs and product performance throughout the filtration consumables and spares lifecycle. Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions. Provide technical expertise for installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of filtration products. Conduct onsite inspections, wear assessments, and performance audits. Perform integrity checks, review operational data, and deliver clear technical reports. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region. Build and execute growth strategies aligned with FLS’s commercial objectives. Support sales teams with product knowledge, technical presentations, training and customer visits. Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to product management. Work closely with product line teams, engineering, sales, service, and proposals departments. Support the development of technical and marketing documentation. Assist proposals on complex filtration solutions. Participate in customer seminars, workshops, and technical discussions. Support engineering activities related to design, specification, manufacturing, and performance tracking of filtration consumables and spares. Contribute to new product development initiatives and regional R&D projects. Ensure proper installation, operation, and optimization of consumables, spares or U&R in the field. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in mining or industrial sectors, ideally in metallurgy, maintenance, filtration, separation, or processing plants. Direct, hands‑on experience with filtration technologies (press filters, vacuum filters, filtration media, or related systems). Strong communication skills (written and verbal); English highly valued for global collaboration. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and simply. Strong understanding of product lifecycles, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Willingness to travel 50%+ within Brazil and across the region. Physical ability to climb structures and ladders in industrial and mining environments. University degree or equivalent experience; mechanical and process knowledge preferred, including reading mechanical drawings. Customer‑centered mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
